Sencell salt bridge maintenance

1. Step 1: VT: disconnect the cell from the HPLC
2. Step 2: VT: recognize air in the sb REF
3. Step 3: VT: remove frit from sb REF
4. Step 4: VT: make new frit from cotton wool
5. Step 5: VT: refill with fresh and saturated KCl, add KCl crystals
6. Step 6: VT: install and fill the cell with mobile phase (microbore LC: with aid of syringe filled with mobile phase, standard LC: by switching on the pump at 0.5 - 1 mL/min, air escapes through REF opening)
